Jr. Cougar Cheerleading

The Lansing Catholic High School cheerleading program offers youth cheerleading to kindergarten-eighth grade females during the months of August-October.  These athletes cheer for our Jr. Cougar football program and are coached by high school athletes and volunteer parents. 

 

Athletes must be members of one of our partner schools or Lansing Christian. 

 

We currently offer 4 teams:

K-1 grade ~ Coach Diana & Coach Sarah

2-3 grade ~ Coach Rachel & Coach MaryGrace

4-5 grade ~ Coach Diana & Coach Sarah

6-8 grade ~ Coach Mackenzie, Coach Jessica, Coach Lauren

LCHS celebrates 1st Jr. Cougar season!

We would like to send a big thank you to the parents and athletes who participated in our first year of Jr. Cougar Cheerleading!  We would not have been as successful without you!  We thank you for your patience as we worked through scheduling!  Your encouragement that was displayed throughout the season towards the girls and coaches at the games and your continued emails meant so much to us!  Thank you to the coaches who dedicated their time coaching the girls at practices and games:  Stephanie, Rachel, Chelsea, CJ, Jordan, Mackenzie and Adam!

 

We look forward to the new tradition at Lansing Catholic and hope that all of you will join us in 2009!
